Iris and I grew up together in church ten years ago. Although we weren’t close back then, I’m very grateful that our friendship has blossomed and become richer the older we get. My friend was a stunning bride!
Iris and Jervis had their wedding at my old church in Minnesota, so I was able to see old and new friends. This day flew by so fast! But it was filled with lots of fun traveling from the hotel to the church and then to our photoshoot destinations. My favorite part of the day was when I had a private session with the bride and groom at a chic indoor studio. For all my photographers, I highly recommend that you check out venues on peerspace.com! We played some music and the couple had some time to soak in the moments. Weddings can be super tiring and busy. Not to mention, it can be stressful with a few mental break downs! So for my couples that I shoot for weddings, I want to make sure that I create space and time for couples to take a breather and find the joy in their wedding. Wedding planning and everything in between can be joy stealers but its important to pause and be grateful for moments like these.
